Manage portal access roles. Cloudflare Access controls who can log in — this table controls what tier each user gets.
Full access. Manage users, delete any comment, see all trade secrets. One person only.
Full docs + trade secrets. Add/resolve/delete comments. Internal engineering team.
Full docs + trade secrets (NDA assumed). Add comments only. PE reviewers, technical advisors.
Redacted docs (trade secrets hidden). Read-only — can view but not add comments.
Cloudflare Access: Zero Trust → Access → Applications → your app → Edit → Policies → add their email.

Remember: This table controls what tier a user gets after they log in via Cloudflare Access. If a user is not in your Cloudflare Access policy, they cannot reach the portal at all — regardless of whether they are listed here. New authenticated users not in this table default to Tier 2 (Advisor) automatically.
