1. Purpose & Scope
CBT-FR-PRE-004 is the redundant secondary primary shredder Frame within the Pregenesis™ Trough 1 Line (L-TROUGH1). It contains a single equipment item — SHRD-SHR-002, a dual-shaft primary shredder rated 100 TPD nameplate at 50% duty (running paired with SHRD-SHR-001 in sibling Frame CBT-FR-PRE-001).
The Frame exists as a separate delivery unit per D-FME-01 R1 and Architect Ruling C-1 (2026-07-10, exchange commit f09c50d): the two identical redundant shredders are packaged independently to preserve independent FAT, UWP, and shipment discipline.

3. Line Context
Under D-FME-01 R6, CBT-FR-PRE-004 is one of two sibling Frames within Line L-TROUGH1. Two Frames deliver together (nominal): one shipment of CBT-FR-PRE-001 + one shipment of CBT-FR-PRE-004 constitute a complete Trough 1 production line. Independent shipment is permitted; independent FAT is required.

M-SHRD-P1 module is split across two Frames per Architect Ruling C-1. Each Frame carries an identical redundant shredder at 50% duty. Module identity is preserved (both shredders belong to M-SHRD-P1); the Frame-level split is a delivery discipline, not a Module reclassification.

Integrated commissioning test with sibling Frame CBT-FR-PRE-001 (both Frames present, feed Y-split, integrated Trough 1 operation) is a separate site-level test at OER Gate 2 — not a Frame-level FAT for either Frame.
