ASI Completeness Requirement
This EDP must be complete enough that the Authorized Strategic Integrator (ASI) can fabricate, assemble, and FAT the Shredder Train module without asking Carbotura Engineering a single question. Any gap in this EDP is a procurement risk and a schedule risk. Open items are tracked with named gates per ICD Rev 1 Open Actions.
